Please Note:
My services are fee-for-service. It is important to me as a practitioner to ensure care is grounded in need and good practices, and not dictated by an insurance company. I also want each individual to have autonomy over their information and decide when and with whom they would like to share it.
If you would like a receipt of services to provide your insurance company for an out of network provider for possible reimbursement, please let me know.
***
I have a limited number of "pay what you can” and pro-bono spots available for individual, family, and couples therapy. Please reach out if you would like to learn more.
*Currently there are not any “pay what you can” slots available. However the CIT rate is $40. A Counselor In Training is a student in their final year of graduate school that has completed all core coursework and sees all clients under the supervision of a LPC.
A note about evaluations:
My focus is on non-pathologizing evaluations rooted in the neurodiverse experience. Neurotype differences are natural and valuable. In my evaluation process I seek to learn about the experiences of each individual, as well as use standardized tools of assessment that are intentionally selected for their neurodiversity affirming, non-pathologizing approach to understanding, assessing and describing Autism and ADHD, and are within my scope of practice as a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of VA.
I do not offer full psychoeducational testing. If you would like to learn more about the differences in my services please reach out and we can schedule a free 15 minute consultation call.
